Day 125: Days are Gloomy Again!

If you are in a place where the rise of the sun marks the start of the day and sunset means its evening already, you are blessed. You are blessed with the energy, positivity, radiance, shine and joy of sunlight. Exaggeration? No, come live with us, in Finland, where only if you are super lucky, you get to enjoy the sunlight during the winter months. 

I never thought I would miss sunlight and the sun. It has always been there so it had never been so special to me. But now, I wait for those sunny days. We even go out for walks and bask in the sun for sometime. 

But these days, it has started getting gloomy, wet and slippery again. The clouds are up all the time and looking outside doesn't spark joy. The current war going on between Russia and Ukraine has already caused a wave of negativity in the world, and to add to it, the sun also isn't showing up. There is also a tinge of fear in Finland because it shares a border with Russia and it also was in talks of joining NATO. Anyway, hoping that this situation resolves soon and everything is at peace.
